Know what you pay before you confirm.
The fare comes from the distance of the ride, and you see all of it before confirming. If your health plan authorizes the ride, you pay nothing; if not, you pay by card when you book.
- Fare by distanceA base charge plus the miles of the ride. Early morning, night, Sunday or holiday rides carry a surcharge, and you see that first too.

- It depends on the distance. The app shows you the full fare before you confirm, any surcharge included. If your health plan authorizes the ride, you pay nothing.
- With a credit or debit card when you book, or with your health plan's authorization number. You do not pay the driver in cash.
- Yes, from the app. If you cancel more than 12 hours ahead there is no charge; closer to the time, rides paid by card carry a fee.
- Yes, from that person's account. Many families manage their mom's or dad's account: they book the ride, pay and follow the driver from their phone.
- Yes. Add your chair to your profile and we assign a vehicle with a ramp or a lift.
- If you book a round trip, you can give us the return time or let us know in the app when you are done, and we send a driver.
- Up to two weeks. For the same day, book at least two hours ahead.
